Due to complex and not entirely newtonians reasons, this is not a 5050 split like you have with a coin, eternalistic noncoherency, you can predict that the roll will always result in a 1 or a 20 as long as the parties involved know what the die is and that it is being used.. but the specific probabilities on which face is presenting spikes all over the gahdamn place.
