This comic doesn't have anything to do with that, but that's okay. The words is: "Ich muss mich in das Meer werfen." "I must throw myself into the sea." I like to try to visit the ocean at least once a year, dunno how possible that'll be this year. *shrugs*
The real reason I wanted this phrase on lock is to try and subsume my self-harming thoughts. Rather than, "I'm so stupid and worthless, I should k**l myself," let's try, "I must throw myself into the Sea," instead. Still might help to vent the despair, and also is much more whimsical. And usually a more practical solution to, "I didn't remember this word in class, I feel like such a failure," anyway. Run into the cold shock of water. It'll be okay.
But yeah, been looking for a good tool for this particular mental health problem for the last few years. I've tried lots of things, but nothing has worked well for me yet. So hopefully.
