Redesigning one of my oldest characters, an absolute goober who started existence on the Neopets RP scene and shifted over the years as I moved away from the site. His most recent incarnation had been fun, but a bit of a mess to try to draw, and this was a good excuse to try to combine all his forms into one cute (as long as you have a tolerance for child-like antics) fluffy kobold.
