Commission Terms & Services:

All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I create original content featuring adult characters only. All characters in my work are required to be adults.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

By placing a commission, you agree to these terms.

Communication will primarily happen via Discord

Payment:

Stories / Art Pieces: Payment is due after I deliver the rough draft (for stories) or sketch (for drawings). You will review the draft/sketch before paying.

Sketch-Only Commissions: Payment is required upfront before I begin work.

Accepted payment methods: Cashapp (preferred)

Revisions / Change Requests:

After receiving the rough draft (story) or sketch (art), you may request changes.

Art Commissions:
• Unlimited revision requests are allowed during the sketch phase.
• After approval of the sketch and moving to inking/coloring, major changes may incur additional fees or be declined, depending on complexity.

Writing Commissions:
• The purchased word count is the minimum I will deliver. If the story goes over, there is no extra charge. You may request changes to the rough draft, such as plot adjustments, character details, tone, specific scenes, etc.

Delivery & Timelines:

Estimated timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

I will keep you updated on progress.

Delays may occur due to personal circumstances or high workload, but I will communicate any changes promptly.

Usage Rights & Ownership:

You receive personal usage rights to the finished piece for viewing, or sharing on personal profiles. Only with credit!

I retain the right to showcase the work on my personal profiles.

You may not claim ownership of the artwork/story as your own creation.

Additional Policies:

While I specialize in spanking, wedgies, bullying, discipline, and related themes. I am willing to venture outside of those. All content must feature adults! Please be clear about limits and preferences.

Cancellations: You may cancel anytime before payment. After payment, cancellation is at my discretion.

Refunds: Generally not offered after work has begun, except in exceptional circumstances.
