Saw that Gooseworx said that Jax would change her name to "Lilly" if she transitioned. I think that after she abstracted, she would recover with time (abstraction doesn't mean death in TADC) it's more like a massive mental breakdown) her happy ending would be to just live as her true self, sure she's not a "real person" but what's more real than living your life your way?
