Oddly probably not, different worlds sure, but assuming she had a guardian spirit (and given the brief aside with the shoulder angel/devil it seems reasonable) they would've been pulled from her after her death, but death is usually not enough to actually get one of them fired unless it can be shown that it's directly the spirit's fault.
