A reminder that while the practices of child genital mutilation (Both circumcision, FGM, and intersex forced gender assignment) are on the downtrend, of particular note, U.S.A. finally dipping under 49% which has been unheard of since the 60's and multiple european counteries are discussing banning the practice all together including the european green party; awareness of the fact it's still happening needs be raised.
Hopefully one day this horrid practice will be relegated to the history books as the same kind of horrid quackery that preventative lobotomization was.
