Deep within the Ilex Forest, Omeion groaned as she hung rather half-heartedly from a twisted tree branch in the canopy. Grumpy and exhausted, the Celebi was bemoaning the presence of the encroaching human settlements, steadily marching forth and taking down forest space they had no right to claim! To this point, they were so desensitized to even mythical beings such as her, that any threat she could make their way would be rendered frivolous at best.

At worst, she'd find herself captured, as so many of her former forest friends have also ended up. No way could she have that happen to her, but what was she going to do to stop this industrial creep upon her sanctuary space...?

The steady whirs of autonomous machinery in motion continued to permeate through the much smaller forest, a constant reminder of the continued encroachment of human settlements from all sides; they had long since surrounded the hapless Ilex forest with their cursed industrial waste.

Omeion had had enough.

Giving up on the prospect of sleep, she took flight again, moving quickly back to her special shrine-no longer the center of the forest as the industrial rot from the east was knocking at her very shrine's doorstep. A shame that the humans she once respected seemed to care so little for respecting the nature all around them. Something had to be done. Surely, she could do something herself.

The frustrated Celebi scanned the area-it was the heart of night, but the constant noise meant she really couldn't stay out of high alert, even if the likelihood of there being anyone to spot her was minimal at most-and soon landed atop the small wooden shrine built for her by humans who had long since passed away. Humans who used to care about Pokemon and treated them all with the respect they deserved.

A pity; she wondered what those humans of the past would have thought of the humans of the current day. It wasn't likely that they would share a high opinion of what today's society is mere metres away from demolishing.

Omeion closed her eyes as she sat down, legs crossed, on the shrine's little roof. As myth as old as she was went, this forest held plenty of energy; of course, she could often use this surge of power for travelling through time, but what else could she use these energies for? Perhaps the very forest, threatened as it were, would tell her itself...

... ... ...

The troubled Celebi, trying as best as she could to focus her energy with the drone of impending industrialisation only a few tree lines away, could eventually feel those powers converge a little more closely. It was similar to when she's used them before to time travel, yet slightly different; she placed one hand over her chest, grabbing at the large blue gem she wore front and center, as the other two smaller gems that she wore as earrings swayed in the gentle wind. Could she use this to get even with the humans and protect whatever remained of the forest? The prospect looked quite grim to what remained of the forest Pokemon, but she had to do something...who else could?

With a sudden surge of strength welling up in her chest, it seemed that Omeion's questions might be answered sooner rather than later. Her eyes opened in response to this energy buildup, and while nothing immediately seemed to change of her surroundings-including that anger-inducing industrial drone and the outpouring of pollution it dumped upon others-there was one new inclusion before her sacred shrine: a group of three large blue gems, similar in affinity and luster to her own chest-worn one, steadily floating around her body and gravitating towards her like mini-planets around a grassy sun.

What their appearance meant was anyone's guess, as not even the overseer of Ilex Forest was certain of what this allowed her to do. However, even if she was left unaware, it didn't seem as if the gem on her chest was as clueless, beginning to glow in sync with the three floating crystals, all of which were now also glowing in the same way. It was a soft, gentle pulse, offering a surprising calm in the face of the clattering, fan noise, and flares of unmanned factories aplenty. She didn't bother to check, but it was likely that her earrings pulsed with that same energy, a sextuplet of power-wielding objects.

There was a further about-face in her expression as the noise droned so loudly; she knew that defending what was left of the Ilex Forest was not enough for her. No, she needed to do enough to bring back what once was of this once-vast natural reserve. And perhaps, she needed to teach all humans a lesson in what it means to incur a mythical's wrath...

...

In the time it took for Omeion to blink, another surge of power warmed her entire body, and when she looked once again, she felt her perch atop her shrine creak a bit. Could the air and land pollution finally be hurting the very structures within the forest? Ilex Forest really has never felt so weak-

...Oh.

The Celebi, initially wrought with worry over the potential damage these nature-steamrolling humans have done to her shrine, only needed to look down to realise that, for once, those greedy humans were not the reason for the shrine's weakness.

She was. At nearly double her former size, legs unable to stay entirely upon the roof without spilling out. She had suddenly grown bigger, heavier, and stronger.

She was being made stronger.

Those little thoughts resonated in her mind, settling down, as she wondered what this meant.

Were these newfound gems, possibly a gift from the forest itself, responsible for this new ability? How far would this go?

Did this newfound ability of hers even have a limit at all...?

There were so many questions as she leapt off from the top of the shrine to keep it from further struggling with her extra weight. However, one thing was certain: this was something that would give her-give all of Ilex Forest, or perhaps even Johto's natural presence all together-a way to defend what's left of their rapidly diminishing home, at the absolute least.

A smile curled on Omeion's lips as she clutched tightly at the gem on her chest. She thought earlier about the need to do something as the mythical of Ilex Forest; now, she would stay true to her mental word.

It wasn't too much travel to get to the nearest set of facilities; now that Omeion was giving one of these places a closer look, it was even worse than she thought they were. From afar, she and the other Pokemon taking refuge in her forest only had to deal with their awful droning noises, sounds that rode across the once-clean air for miles. However, up close, not only did those same noises become so much more unbearable, but that was suddenly the least of her worries, considering the obscene volume of polluting smoke that wafted from these buildings and the excess heat they gave off; even the runoff water that flowed out from one of the walls surrounding these facilities was hot enough for the Celebi to feel just by being close enough to the runoff.

And these humans have gotten so selfish, so greedy for their own needs, that they would disrespect the very planet that allows life to be sustained...? The grass fairy, absolutely disgusted by the prospect of what beings who once respected the Pokemon around them have now become, felt a deep sense of contempt. If humans were going to be so callous to her and the place she called home, then surely it'd be fine if she treated their little factories and toys with the same level of respect.

All three gems, still floating as they were around her form, glowed all at once, a bright spotlight onto the angered Celebi that was quite hard to miss. This time, she kept her eyes wide open, seeing the crystals spread further; it wouldn't be long before her own body began to chase that separation, filling in the new space between her and the gems as she surged upward once again. Three times her original size, five times...

It would not be too long until she matched up with the large walls protecting the factories nearest to her location, which once seemed to loom quite large over her. Now? Well, it just looked like step one to taking back that which used to belong to the Ilex Forest, to the many Pokemon who called the forest their home, and most importantly, to her. This was her domain, and she was now ready to reassert her reign over the land.

Now that Omeion was eye level with the very top of the walls, she smirked, taking a few steps toward it; she was already feeling quite mischievous and playful, stomping to it with force in each step as if there was an audience watching. Consider it a dress rehearsal before she did exactly that to those cowardly, opportunistic humans under her heel.

...No, she was still getting far too ahead of herself. She'd make those nasty creatures pay eventually, but first came ridding the forest of this toxin.

Once she stepped close enough to reach the protective architecture with her own hands, she wasted no time in stress testing her new size-and the wall itself-as she swung her right leg forward, letting the entirety of her sole press into the middle of the wall. She could already feel the heat coming off of it, given its metal construction.

At first, it seemed that the defense would hold, as it barely budged on her first stress test. However, as she kept placing just a bit more of her weight into it, she could feel its integrity falter as it ever so slightly bent, coincided with the slightest creak. Then there was a bigger one as she forced more effort into making the wall her full weight bearing footrest. She could always just let herself grow, but she was going to relish what she already had, and let it build over time.

If such a slow buildup gave the humans a false sense of hope that they'd find a way to stop her, all the better as far as she was concerned by this unforgivable, greedy species.

Omeion shifted her weight further forward, her large dark green sole creating a fresh imprint on the steel as it shifted more and more with her weight. The foot planted on the ground was beginning to lift at the heel as that forward shift continued, the ground steadily reorienting to the direction her mass was pushing in.

More creaking and struggling could be heard from the wall; it was quite the weak defense to a Pokemon like Celebi who could simply fly over it, but this was to send a message; the humans had taken far too great an advantage of the good will of the Pokemon of the world, and now, there would be retribution.

Finally, the wall snapped, crumbling in a hurry as it caught Omeion off guard, leaving her to nearly fall forward with a gasp as that foot suspended in the air made its way back down to the ground with a soft thud into the dirt.

Initial shock aside, she took a step forward, entering the walled off complex with a cheeky grin plastered across her face. It was time to wreak some havoc!

The walls protecting this portion of the seemingly endless grid of complexes housed a collection of small warehouses that stood a tad taller than the walls themselves, and as Omeion stepped closer to one of the buildings, the irritating drone grew louder and louder, a collection of industrial grade fans whirring as they blew hot air away from each of these little sheds.

They might be a little bit taller than she was, but if her mere body weight was enough to topple a wall, then she was more than capable of toppling these buildings one by one at her current size. All of this noise only made her even more willing to just use her full strength from the get go, though! Maybe she should just grow even more already, but she'll relent until she has an audience to share the `love' with.

Another few steps, and she was in arm's reach of one of these nearly featureless, unpainted eyesores. The grass fairy didn't even bother to look inside, simply shrugging to herself before pushing at the wall with both arms. Somehow, this housing, even though it was noticeably larger and heavier, seemed even easier to manipulate than the wall itself, as it had already creaked and shifted on her initial push!

Omeion licked her lips softly as she put more force in it, digging her heels in as she lifted upward as well, easily pushing the shed aside like a small boulder, turning it over on its side as a multitude of devices and machinery from within knocked around, crashing and breaking and shattering as they rebounded against one another. The oh-so-annoying drone emanating from the building was also silenced by the end of the crashing and breaking.

Good. That was just one of many, and a good warmup for the broader damage she would be inflicting across the vast facilities that have encroached her home. However, to get to all of them in any reasonable amount of time, perhaps she needed to once again call on her newfound power to make things go a little...quicker.

The mythical fairy looked to the three gems still circling around her, pulsing with a deep blue glow mirrored by her own worn gems. She focused on the energy that's been focused around her since these orbiting crystals appeared, hoping to give herself a third spurt of growth within the hour. Clutching her own chest, Omeion took a deep breath, watching her surroundings and waiting for them to change yet again in reaction to her form's further growth.

And allow even further growth, they did. Omeion snickered, watching the ground fall further away from her and the shed that she had to labor to lift and turn over begin to be dwarfed more and more by her growing frame. Once she was of a great enough height to do so, she smugly leaned over the upturned warehouse, acting as if there was already an audience watching her every move-or maybe just rehearsing for the inevitable as she did so across the broader cities-pressing her elbows against the walls, them slightly bending under the pressure.

By the time her growth was finished, the Celebi had to pull her legs back and lean forward, setting herself down on the smaller building like an oversized pillow. She giggled; this would give her a much easier time destroying-CRACK!

For the second time in as many attempts to assert this newfound size power, Omeion found herself falling lower as the pathetic structure couldn't even handle her idle weight as she lied on top of it, the walls giving way to the inside, which she shamefully faceplanted into! Well, at least this was a practice before she tried to assert herself in public!

Even with the somewhat embarrassing start to these attempts, though, she couldn't help but laugh heartily; both instances were due to her strength and power being far more than she even expected! That only boded much better for her, as her aspirations for this world and the consequences it would have to face from her wrath only grew with her body...

She scanned over the ruined machinery and computers filling the little shed, pleased with her current work, as clumsy and messy as it might have been in what should have been the silence of night. Then again, she was hardly feeling the peace of a quiet night when there were still so many factories and facilities, all producing that same annoying tone as this one singular building!

Omeion shook her head and sighed, pressing both of her forearms entirely to the ground-destroying whatever remained of this shed's working machinery in the process in a shower of minuscule tickling explosions upon the arms-and rising back to her feet. As much as she was having fun with her early destruction attempts, if she really wanted to do some damage and begin to punish the greedy humans, then she had to do far more than take about a dozen minutes tearing down a wall and destroying one little shed. Even within this first walled space, there were no fewer than nine other buildings that needed to get what was coming to them! There had to be a balance between her vindictive enjoyment of giving all of these structures-and later, the humans themselves-everything they deserve for their encroachment on the Celebi's home and making this effort more efficient.

Well, if those first two show-off efforts to no one were her attempts at having all the fun she could with it, then the rest of these buildings would fall victim to a cold, calculated, uncaring amount of wanton destruction without so much as a passing thought as to how it looked. For the shed to her right, she used a single hand to rip it up from its very foundation, separating from the ground with a twisted crack of the metal, before chucking it hard at another factory building a few walled precincts down, taking great pride in her aim as it was a direct hit, both buildings crashing with a distant thud as a portion of the factory, chimneys spewing a miasma of toxic smoke, collapsed with the impact.

She'd finish off the rest of that building once she got to it; even it was a bit smaller than she now stood at her full height.

The next shed, one off to her left, was swiftly kicked aside like a tin can, denting it severely as the hapless building slid into another one of its kind within the complex, also knocking that one off of its supports. She smiled; the encroaching collection of facilities that seemed so untouchably numerous was now little more than a dystopian sandbox of terrible buildings and architecture that needed to go. Who better than her, as she stomped quite deliberately to another, raising her foot ominously over another once-intact warehouse before bringing it down with the swift judgement of a nature goddess's wrath! While she still wasn't quite large enough for the sole of her foot to flatten the entire length of the building, she giggled as she felt what she did connect with crumple and collapse, the twisted metal and mini explosions of the machinery again tickling her body with little consequence to her.

She couldn't help herself, looking to the next shed and making the same large, dramatic movements she used before flattening the first shed she stepped on top of. This time, it was her other foot getting the privilege, stomping down even harder than the first as the collection of mini-explosions-courtesy of the same computers and machinery that have been present in every building she's broken up to this point-collected even quicker, tickling at her other sole more than the first stomp did, forcing an even louder giggle from her mouth!

After the twin stomps, Omeion lifted each leg up in order to sweep over her sole with a hand, dusting off any of the stray twisted metal that had gotten stuck to her royal stompers and letting it fall rather carelessly to the ground; some of it drifted off to the side to slam into the other ruined buildings, a loud crash accompanying each event.

The sight only granted her an even greater lust for power, hungry as she was and impatient as she felt to right the wrongs of this disrespectful species.

Through the rest of the night, Omeion continued to revel in her newfound stature, feeling more like the mythical being she always was than ever before as she stomped, tossed, and tore through structure after structure, never worried about any element of surprise. The gems still stayed around her body, ready to grant her even more heavenly bursts of growth if she came across any difficulty with removing all of these factories and facilities.

The vindictive Celebi circled the outskirts of the forest, taking more and more joy in her callous and cold destruction as she realised just how widespread these constructions were, making her and the many Pokemon still living within Ilex Forest sickly and weak in their production at all costs mentality.

With every structure and facility she trashed, she could almost immediately feel the benefit of cutting out the disease that had taken hold, constricting nature and its inhabitants for years. The undying whirs and drones of a billion devices began to submit to her destruction. The billows of unrepentant smoke and pollution began to clear as less factories remained to cast such poison upon them.

All of these instant benefits toward the forest she served as guardian over sent one crystal clear message: she was doing what needed to be done.

But, of course, why stop at defending her forest? Given how much time it must have taken the humans to develop all of these complexes, tearing down at the edges of her forest bit by bit as they did, they would not hesitate to try to rebuild them and defy her yet again. No, such things would be unacceptable; this disease needs to be cut out at the source.

Omeion looked off to the horizon, seeing the sun start to creep up from beneath; dawn was approaching. She smiled, knowing that it would be perfect timing to take this assault to the homes of those ungrateful humans. She would instigate the dawn of a new era, one where the once-feared Pokemon of the land would be feared and respected all over again. She grinned as she looked northward, eyes landing on the industrialised megacity of Goldenrod. She took dainty, cheery strides, letting her heavy footfalls serve as advance warning for the humans of their impending subjecting to her immense power.

Of course, that advance warning would still give no time for those pests to save themselves.

For the many, many humans who resided in Goldenrod City, it was a rude awakening as the aftershocks of a distant series of quakes did enough to shake most of them awake; however, any attempts to turn electronics on was frivolous, as the power was suddenly out. A rare series of events, both the natural occurrence and the electricity cutting out.

Any attempt to roll over again and fall back asleep by the populace was met with an increasing intensity of quake, and it didn't take too long for them to realise something else was afoot, as if they were earthquakes trying to race over to the city from the south.

For those brave enough to look out any south-facing windows, the vast silhouette of Celebi-a mythical who suddenly looked the part in her size-could be seen marching down the route connecting Ilex Forest and their large, industrial living space. Those with more discerning eyes might have even seen the scowl she held, a far cry from the usually upbeat attitude Celebi was known to have. No one needed to know Pokemon speak to know that she wasn't here to make any friends, as the trio of gems around the large being pulsed with a light stronger than the dawn's own sunlight.

Omeion might have been scowling at the city, but she was having a lot of trouble keeping her extreme joy at the opportunity presented before her a secret, occasionally cracking a brief smirk that broke the facade. Then again, did it really matter to her what intentions those pests of the land thought she came with? They would be snuffed out all the same.

Each step was stronger than the last, until the quakes and trembles were enough to start shaking the many tall buildings and skyscrapers littering the locale. Now, nearly all eyes were drilled onto the star of the show, the cause of both unusual situations for a city that was so often free of any meaningful strife, the mythical creature who stood so high above them all. As she got close enough to Goldenrod, many of those at ground level could not see past her dark green legs and feet, forced to gawk at the debris liberally separating from those large soles and falling back down upon the ground with their own little crashes, the debris itself often boulder-sized at minimum.

Standing at nearly 100 metres tall, the gargantuan creature giggled, unable to hold back her glee when she knew she was taking up all the attention of a city that was so willing to disrespect her territory. It was strange, even to her, to see this lively location devoid of lighting, but that was hardly the end of the dark age she was about to subject all of Johto to-at minimum.

Yet, even at this massive a size, there were still some towers that rivalled her immense size! To some extent, she was impressed with their architectural aptitude, having come such a far way from the little shrine they made in her honour, all those decades-or maybe even centuries-ago. Of course, she would feel more impressed or proud of their ingenuity, if these weren't the very same vermin that have taken from others to fuel their own lifestyle.

Perhaps the century-long dark age she'll likely put the humans in by the end of her mythical rampage changes things, though somehow, Omeion didn't seem to think they'd change in their ways. It was far more likely that she would have to do this all over again, once the humans had forgotten what it was like to fear Pokemon.

Finally, the stomps were so close, their tremors were enough to shake down some of the flimsier residential buildings, especially those along the outskirts that were at arm's reach to the beast. The closer this immense Celebi got to the city, the more eyes rested upon her gargantuan form, staring up into the heavens at the tremendous creature. The only exceptions were some of those who stayed within the upper floors of those aforementioned towers rivalling the mythical being herself. Then again, a mass evacuation down to the ground floors was already underway with her immediate approach.

There was no escape from her, though. Omeion chuckled, taking another step as she officially crossed the bounds into the city grounds, carelessly stepping down on a couple of houses with her very first footfall within Goldenrod. She could certainly feel the crunch of the wooden foundation, the chips of wood so small that they couldn't even harm her as worthlessly small splinters.

Of course the residential areas would be the first to fall to this goddess's wrath. There was very little resistance from the hapless homes as the great grassy sole fell over them, only stopping the stomp for a moment before giving in, crumbling and collapsing in a glorious display for the little humans witnessing her actions first-hand. Some of the wooden splinters turned into a scattershot of shrapnel as it escaped through the side of the monster's dark-green foot, leaving the nearby residents to shield themselves before the onslaught.

It was a different feel for Omeion, stepping down on a wooden and cement structure versus the metal, tech-filled structures she stepped down on earlier with all those compounds she handled earlier in the night. She stared down toward the ground, rather amused by all the tiny humans by her feet, a mix of cowering and gawking among the many reactions from them. The fear present in them was palpable; she certainly didn't need her psychic powers to know that.

She looked to the many humans and their different reactions standing before her might. In some cases, they seemed to be shuffling ever closer to her, but the majority of cases resulted in the reaction she expected of these cowards once there was something that could stand up to and supersede their grasp of the world: a sprinting away as fast as possible from her. Well, they were already much too puny for her to pay too much attention to them; the more important thing in Omeion's mind was to destroy what they had built.

The monstrous grass fairy was proud to continue this new job, giddy as she brought her back foot into the bounds of Goldenrod as well, stomping down on a few more residential homes with that same satisfying collapse she felt the first time. All while the humans, once calling these eyesores upon the natural world they co-opted their `homes', watched with terror-that is, the few that hadn't already begun fleeing from her wrath.

She gave one more teasing lift of the sole, intentionally hovering over these few for the briefest moment before stepping right over them, the footfall tremoring their world as their sky was covered by a sea of green. Then, Omeion took one more step, and she had passed them by like nothing.

Admittedly, she didn't really care what came of the humans who had either run off or decided to stay in the rubble of what used to be their neighbourhood. She was more than happy for those who ran off into the wilderness to have to adapt to nature, rather than maintaining the power to bend nature to their will.

The towering Celebi looked to the rest of the city, where small-scale residences gave way to a bustling locale filled with tall office towers, space-efficient condos, and a plethora of shops and stores, all surely taking advantage of the land that they've stole. Good, this really was the prime target of her personal ire, before finally deciding to use the power of these seemingly limitless gems; at minimum, she'd be putting them through a stress test eventually.

Why bother with a slow, steady entrance this time around, though? At this point, Omeion was growing much more impatient, so why force herself to wait? In the kaiju equivalent of kicking the door down, she swung her back leg forward in a low arc, letting it make contact with whatever unfortunate buildings were in its way; given their generally taller stature and greater concentration in groups, it made them quite easy to hit and turn into collateral for other buildings in their wake.

It certainly allowed the mythical being to make her entrance with a bang, both literally and figuratively, as a wide collection of once-stable buildings came crumbling down to the single careless motion of a rising goddess. It almost seemed as if every next action enacted by the enraged Celebi was a further testament to how vulnerable the humans suddenly were-how vulnerable they always were to being retaliated against in this manner.

If the chaos she rained down upon the residential outskirts was enough to cause mass fear among the humans there, then this entrance-a much more aggressive and destructive one at that-was sure to send the exact sort of message she was looking to send to this city of pests.

A shame for all of those trapped in the aftermath of her rage, surely.

But why stop with just a simple entrance? Omeion was intent on doing more than making an exciting-or harrowing, depending on who you asked-entrance; she was destined to do much more to these human settlements. The Celebi smiled and took a deep breath, again holding her hands to her chest as she focused her energy inward. If she was already posing quite the danger to these hopeless creatures under her immense stompers, then they were about to get quite the surprise as she surged once again, her height ballooning to an absurdly larger stature, soon standing at well over 500 metres. She didn't even have to move during this extreme change; her increasing mass was more than enough to tear down more of the crowded city skyline, especially as she unambiguously dwarfed even the largest of structures built for this industrial bastion, them not even capable of crossing her hips!

A mischievous smile began to take form across the grass fairy's face as she looked down at the suddenly small city grounds. Sure, she still had a long ways to go to bury the entirety of this puny settlement under her heel, but why not have a bit more fun before she truly ended the reign of humans over her domain?

Over their domain.

Now with the headspace to really cause damage to this pitiful city, Omeion showed her hand a lot more, laughing quite heartily as she lifted her foot up high, well past the supposed

`skyscrapers' of this supposedly great settlement! Oh well, they were nothing but fodder for her stompers, and that was to say nothing of the humans even further beneath these pitiful monuments, which she now didn't even bother paying any attention to. After all, she was much too large at this point to have to care about the utter insects these humans now were to her.

The more she thought of these ungrateful humans, the more the towering Celebi grew frustrated and upset at the reality of what they've become. This was destiny, she thought yet again, as she held no punches on a rough, violent stomp to the ground, barely allowing the collection of buildings to resist her weight, as she did with the suburban homes before. She had zero doubts that Goldenrod, the `shining beacon' of Johto to these pests, was a major driver in Ilex Forest's suffering, as were the multitude of ungrateful creatures inhabiting it, so why hold back?

The way those buildings collapsed like a minuscule house of cards, resulting in an explosive thump from above to the hapless residents of Goldenrod, it was far more violent than any natural disaster they had to face. All the while, anyone who was far enough away to see past the immense lower body of this godly Celebi could only cower in the face of a vengeful Pokemon who was relishing every moment of her rampage. They knew that these violent, destructive acts were not the worst of it, but the very beginning of a new era for humans who had spent all of their lives complacent in their role as exploiters of the land.

They wouldn't be allowed any longer to be anything less than submissive stewards of the land they inhabit-that is, if they were even given the chance to be that at all. It seemed like a coin flip as to which future they were doomed for; while many tried to run and escape the city's impending destruction, there were just as many who froze, already having accepted their fate as fodder for a goddess's righteous ire.

This growing destruction against these pitiful human settlements had turned to such a trivial affair; why hadn't Omeion thought to do this sort of thing earlier! Not only had it turned as trivial as it was in front of her super-large form, but the influx of power she wielded as a result was a hell of a drug, only encouraging even more destruction and punishment towards all who disrespected nature. Though, she really didn't have any good reason to stop the destruction, even without the vast temptation this power of hers was enabling.

Not that the power's temptation wasn't also causing even more thoughts in her, too. She could always grow even larger, quash any minor remainder of hope that existed in the humans that any of them were going to get off scot-free for their generational crimes against nature.

...

Well, one more stomp at her current height, while she could still relish the slightest bit of resistance from these structures, wouldn't hurt. She raised one more massive green stomper high in the sky, well over the collection of buildings that still stood within the vast central city, debris from her prior stomp already raining down on the land, a meteor shower of a premonition to whoever still remained to lay witness to her destruction from up close, the wrath of a titanic Pokemon who towered far higher than any mythical being had before to these people.

The pile of debris that fell back down upon the human settlement already caused seemingly irreparable damage, demolishing once-great buildings all on its own. However, for whatever amount of the structures was left beneath her foot, it was only the slightest of reprieves for them. This time, she decided to make the moment a bit more dramatic, slowing her descent and really letting the rumbling presence that was her sole settle for the bugs living in this puny place they called a shining beacon of Johto.

It was kind of pathetic, really, that she was already so immense to the point where she simply had to guess how the humans were reacting underneath her might. It was merciful of her that despite her intense ire towards the humans, she was still treating her rampage with such a casual energy. It was adorable to her, playing around with their emotions and not just immediately putting an end to their industrial megacities like she should. Of course, that, too, would still come, once she grew bored enough of the thrill of reasonable rampaging height.

The artificial suspense was hard for her to maintain-her patience was really wearing thin at this point-but it was so fun to imagine what feelings doing this was causing to those pests below. So much control, so much freedom to make those minuscule humans feel the same helplessness so many of her Pokemon friends have felt for decades...

Oh, she just couldn't keep herself from finishing things off! She had started things with such a slow, ominous descent, a dark green meteoroid of destruction, but she couldn't hold back anymore, bringing it down with the force of a true goddess and once again revelling in how little those large towers could resist her weight before crashing down as a pile of useless rubble to join the existing mountains of plaster and brickwork in the same area.

Perhaps the plentiful caves that would come of these mangled mounds would become the new `homes' humans would take up, a pitiful sight and precisely where they belong before an era of newfound fear over their natural habitat.

Still, Omeion had more than enough fun playing around now; it was time to further quash the humans and their mindless exploitation of the land with far more efficiency, to the point of no return. The Celebi grinned from ear to ear as she focused her energy yet again. This would not be some slight change, but a far more planetary growth that no one, man or Pokemon, would stop...not that the latter would have any reason to stop what should have been done long ago.

All six gems-the three power-granting ones orbiting her body and the three she wore on her person-glowed with a far stronger intensity than they had before, pulsing with a deep-blue hue that nearly engulfed her entire body in its brilliance. In case her size and wanton destruction of the great city of Goldenrod wasn't enough to make her a beacon to all of Johto, this bright, nearly blinding luminescence would make that a certainty.

Within that blinding light, Omeion's status as goddess would be cemented. The orbiting gems themselves began to grow wildly and pull apart, giving room for the time travelling fairy herself to take up that space at a rate so quick, so sudden, that she couldn't even feel the impact of other buildings and structures within Goldenrod against her legs and feet! Double sized? Five times her size? That was hardly enough now; she quickly became so immense and massive, with even a foot that stood kilometres long, that she could barely even see the city she was once ravaging in her prior, tiny rampage.

...Well, 500 metres was probably still nothing to scoff at in comparison to the parasites that were the humans, but to her now? She would have accidentally stepped on herself without notice! How suddenly things like this can change, depending purely on perspective...

And speaking of perspective, what a shift in perspective it must be to those who still opted to stay within the city limits of Goldenrod! To the power-hungry Celebi herself, this intense surge was simply a confirmation of what she always knew as the case: her rightful claim to their settlements as a reclamation of nature's land. The humans would have a far harder time even staring up past the heels of her divine punishers for feet, stretching far and wide.

Well, why wouldn't a goddess such as herself test out these destructive weapons first-hand? Omeion giggled-it was a sound that effortlessly thundered down to not only Goldenrod, but miles and miles away from the city itself as a premonition for the rest of Johto's industrialised wastelands-and raised her foot over the ground, letting it hover over the center of this prized city. Whatever portion hadn't been sufficiently demolished and crushed under her heavy footfalls from before now fit quite comfortably underneath her sole, casting a deep, dark shadow over the blackout-inflicted metropolis and drowning it in as dark a night as anyone could remember, the dark night that only led to one destination: a deeper and darker age for the humans than even the ancient, Pokemon-fearing populace of the distant past.

Then, that sole dropped with blinding speed over the whole city, her utterly colossal form unable to even feel out the mess of rubble she was making out of these once impressive buildings and towers that littered the landscape. That darkness became a more permanent fixture in the lives of the humans still within its bounds, many of them ending up stuck and smushed against that dark green stomper; it was powerful enough to break a city in two with a single stomp, yet still soft enough to become a new prison for these sinful humans.

Honestly, a life upon her seemingly unending sole was too good for them. Then again, did she really care that much about the fate of microbes?

Though, there was a little bit of care from the monstrous Celebi, just for different reasons. It was shocking to her that there was so little resistance from the humans throughout; had they really grown so complacent to just expect all Pokemon to roll over and take it for the rest of eternity?

Well, while the more rampaging fun was over, now it was time to finally make herself the goddess of this world. She didn't think she'd get to it so soon, but the temptation of such endless power was too much to avoid. She looked down one last time at the city, almost all of it in ruins under her massive foot, knowing that this was the last time she'd see any of these cities and towns as anything more than minuscule gray paint stains for her to repaint with the greenery of nature.

The three gems glowed brightly, as brightly as they did during the last growth spurt, even. Perhaps they were even brighter still, but it was hard to tell the difference in luminescence after a certain point, once such lights shone brightly enough. Then they pulled away, far far away. Relatively, they pulled much further away than they went the last time. However, at this point, whatever humans were still in a position to see this unfold-at this point, the rest of Johto, at minimum-had resigned much more quietly, even their minds seemingly shutting down as the towering Celebi couldn't pick up on much mental resistance now.

Not that any amount of it would stop her, but the quick mental surrender was quite...adorable to the titan, soon to be a world-altering goddess.

Well, why wait out what this inevitable rise has all been leading up to? Omeion gave a far more forthright laugh, before stretching her limbs and allowing the power of the gems to hit her at full strength. The result itself was quite immediate, her form bursting to new heights as her expanding stompers tore the ground asunder, leaving both humans and Pokemon in awe at their goddess. Further and further she grew, becoming plenty noticeable to even those in other neighboring regions around Johto. She'd be noticeable in other ways soon enough, even to the other side of the globe that-currently-had no way of seeing her.

Emphasis on `currently,' especially with the rapid speed in which she surged and grew and expanded, further and further into the exosphere range as she caused untold amounts of collateral damage simply through existing! Her own mass just continued to further the foundational cracks surrounding the two dark green monuments digging into the earth, as if they, too, were trying to take root in the plentiful subsoil under the ruined concrete foundation.

However, Omeion, in all of her colossal glory, was ready to do anything but take root, lifting off with wings that bore tornadoes of wind all across Johto and Kanto with their heavy, yet quick beating. As soon as her feet left the ground, and her body had turned to settle more parallel with the ground she once stood upon, her body truly exploded, her ensuing growth no longer stopped or held back by the very limits of standing upon a planet that was beginning to get smaller and smaller before her. Soon, she was floating at a size that was nearing half the size of the planet she once lived upon. It was surreal, yet it felt like it was exactly where she belonged...

Once she settled yet again with her height, now no longer bound by the limitations of being upon the world itself, she scoured over the collection of landforms as they stood before a flood of ocean water to every side. Observing the oversized ball for its little details and quirks, the planetary Celebi only continued to recognise that this was her true calling all along, even beyond the use this granted her to put those humans in their place.

Speaking of those humans, even at this tremendous size, Omeion could still spot some of those ugly spots of bland gray and unimpressive tan browns littering the landscape, clear signs of human tampering. She'd be as angry as she was earlier, but now at this size, with this much of an overwhelming presence over them, was it really worth being so angry when the fix was oh so easy?

Instead of seeming angry, the fairy, her face casting itself against the deep blue of the planet's atmosphere, smiled brightly, presenting a dangerous premonition to not just Johto, but the rest of the Pokemon world, especially towards the humans who sullied and dirtied the lands for their own gain; this was her own world to shape and adjust now.

And to prove this truth to the millions of humans-utter microbes they had really become to her-staring up at the new green-hued sky adorned with four bright blue spots cutting through the more passive blues of the atmospheric light. The bright blue moons, two pupils acting as twin moons as they contracted and adjusted in such subtle ways, ones that seemed so obvious to the tiny populace she stared over. Yet, they were probably imperceptible to her own mind, with her not even remotely aware that she was even making those adjustments.

All the while, the other two blue lights to either side of the immense Celebi's head adorning this new-look sky continued to pulse, a steady reminder of the power that got their new grass fairy goddess to this point. Two new suns and two new moons both adorned the world at random as Omeion shifted her view about the globe, making a note of any blotches of human waste she spotted through her careful scan.

For an entire half of the world, this rumbling movement and sudden presence in the sky was the first warning of her presence whatsoever, let alone her new claim to the world as its goddess. To top it off, it was that half of the world that would experience her first act of divinity, a single finger rising into view and lowering down to the hapless populace within some city-they were virtually impossible to distinguish from one another any longer. The rumbles grew, a mega-earthquake striking the collective residency and the many filthy plants that kept it running as it grew and grew, blotting out the suns, both old and new ones, and leaving everyone in

darkness until it landed, an explosive thump echoing far and wide as it effortlessly laid waste to another colony of microbe humans and freed the nature around it from its polluting ways.

It was not only a warning, but a promise that humans would no longer be allowed to destroy the land that was so generous to allow them to exist upon it. It was a new era of fear and respect for Pokemon and nature, an era that Omeion, their goddess, was more than happy to be the catalyst for.

Omeion, mah forest guardian celebi, having trouble stopping the progressive urban/city expansion into her forest.. As well as the increasing invasion of her otherwise sacred ground by humans!

As she ask for the forest help, she gained a trio of blue gem for her to wear, transforming her body, and making her able to grow bigger and bigger!

As she gained more and more power from her glowing gem, her disposition start to move from defense of her forest toward offense against those bothersome urban area getting too close to her forest!

And then to crush all those other nasty city all around her region, then country, then continent, all her ambition growing as she grow bigger and bigger and more unstoppable, until she finally become… the guardian of the planet! Obliterating city with the mere press of her finger~
