Muffet has captured a few humans who entered her domain and shrunk them down. She trapped them inside of her stockings, but unfortunately she captured the viewer too and trapped them in her webbing. While the others were wriggling around helpless inside of her stockings she takes her other stocking off and begins descending her foot towards the viewer to force them to like it.
She just took off her boots and stocking so the viewer will be made to put up with her foot sweat and steam.
