I know, I know, been awhile. It..tends to be that way with me, at times.
It's been a hot minute, mostly because I've been working on getting myself stable. Well, as stable as I can be, I suppose. I've managed to land a relatively decent job, working for the state I live in, which is excellent. The pay is better, though I'm still roughly breaking even rather than squirreling away anything.
Thing is, our one vehicle has just broken down. We're...well, we're putting ourselves in debt to get it fixed. But what I really need is a vehicle of my own, so we don't run into this issue.
I hate doing this. I prefer to work for my money instead of just asking for a handout, but. I don't really have family I can lean on for this sort of thing anymore. I have to ask for help.
If you can toss a few bucks at it, I've got it set up with a few...levels? Gates? I dunno, this is my first time. There's several goals in place I can reach, which'll help me either spend a small amount just getting our old Prius running okay, getting an older beater, all the way up to a decent down payment on a somewhat-more-modern vehicle.
