Here’s Buford. He was originally a circus strongman who after a long day performing was caught in a blizzard on his way home. He went into the “frogsicle” phase of the Wood Frog during the blizzard, many presumed him dead but he survived and ice crystals grew on his back which gave him his ice elemental powers.
