Fourteenth image done, four more to go. A strong and powerful psybeam hits her and causes her to get confused, and her dress all torn apart. She won't be happy after snapping out of the confusion.
Sometimes it's really hard to know what to put in the background. I did the effect for the attack, and had no idea what to put behind the attack.
