And I think I know why, we wear something to show our personality like decorations on our own stuffs or when we needed to. By wearing something like your shoes or your shirt, it adding little bit of your personality on your body while keeping the most nature part of you free. It's the perfect combination of both world while wearing full clothes or your pants, feels like actively trying to hide it or the nature elements forcing you to, the way it's trying to tug around your waist feel forced and unnatural, easily pulled down by gravity while it's the part we need to get off the most.
But I can be wrong since this is purely my personal point of view and there's an objective explanation for it.

just a normal sleeveless top.... maybe a tail hole in the bottoms with a strap that goes over... i don't know. i think furry bottoms are good enough that they wouldn't need a tail hole. but that's just me^^
