Never as a 35 year old unc, me of all people, would find himself enjoying playing Fortnite of all games.

Not that long ago I reconnected with an old friend who talked me into playing with one of his friends and truth be told I had a great time, on our very last match before we had to call it quits we managed to secure a win together. I honestly didn’t realize how much I needed this encounter till now, I’m glad for it.

So it’s been just over a week since then, and now I’ve been playing on my own mostly since then…including the win with the group I’ve gotten seven wins total lol

So it wasn't fortnite that hooked you, but all the fun you had with good frens! Even a game like Concord can end up being a lot of fun when you to play it with the right people >:3

Well, I haven’t played with anyone outside that one day and have been going at it solo since then. Admittedly I am liking the game, it’s just been very easy to pick up and put down for someone who can often get erratically busy. Plus the plethora of characters that are relevant to my interests I admit o do quite like it. Would be nice to play with more people every so often but comes with the territory of being a socially inept introvert

This happened to me a few seasons ago, just out of nowhere. My friend and I still hop on from time to time for some fun. The era of 30-somethings getting into fortnite has begun.

Yeah it’s really a simple game to pick up and put down, it’s very good for a casual like me who often gets busy.

Though I personally never thought I’d get a victory at all. This is the first multiplayer game I’ve played in literal years, I’m pretty much an exclusively single player person. And now here I am, my old habits back when I was heavy into shooters are coming back to me. “Sweet! My main goal of reaching the top ten is achieved! But you know…being in the top five would be better…” and now after drawing this I secured another win haha
