I realized that, as of late, I've been focusing more on my tail in more recent art of my fursona. After all, my tail is a very integral part of my fursona: it's how I express myself. I also have a thing for showing-off the base of my tail, only because this shows that this awesome tail clearly belongs to me.
In a forest, I would often like to perch atop tree tops, hanging just below a tree branch like an opossum, so I can have a better view of the scenery. When your tail is strong, prehensile, and being a powerful weapon, that naturally extends to being able to support your entire body with it as well.
Backgrounds are something I'm weak with. I definitely need to start drawing backgrounds more again. Still, I'm happy with the results.
