Def 40 Speed 150 Total 625 This special Lucario discovered a rare stone in his homeland, revealing itself to be a Hybrid Stone--a Lucarionite with a Key Stone embedded inside. By holding both the Mega Stone and the Key Stone, he was able to Mega Evolve at will, with the Key Stone replacing the spike usually protruding from his chest. It would be later that Palkia, who took the Lucario as his boyfriend, realized Lucario hadn't used the full power of the stone, and worked with Arceus to unlock it. The next time Lucario Mega Evolved, the transformation was different--the normally dark stripes turned white, his eyes turning blue. While unforeseen, the mix of energies permanently locked the evolution--meaning this Lucario is permanently Mega Evolved. This form is a peculiar mix of Mega Lucario and Mega Lucario Z, with a major increase in his attack and speed, but very weak defensively, creating a sort of glass cannon situation. This combination of traits has led it to be called a Z-Minor or "Lesser Z" form. Despite his defenses being low, his confidence is increased, and Palkia makes sure to 'test' the form on multiple occasions. While not given a unique name, he is often called 'Cario' for short or 'Puppy' by Palkia. |
