It looks like this Totodile has had his wrists and ankles snuggly secured within a set of stocks, his snout clamped shut with a simple muzzle, while a pair of floating, fluffy feathers sweep away at his ticklish feet. With no way to escape on his own, all the poor Water-Type can do is squirm around helplessly and continue to fill the air with his muffled laughter.

Here's another simple drawing of one of my all time favorite Pokemon getting some well deserved tickles. I didn't really do anything too special with this, but I figured it was still cute enough to share. I kept the background simple too by using a Procreate brush for the grass.
