what I like most on this pic is Fluttershy's reflection in the water. the effects are very well done. and I think the emphasys on her flank is duly noted

Yup, Synfig Studio does have a pretty nice selection of special effects to choose from. The one I used for the reflection is called "Noise Distort", in case anyone wonders.
