I made a lill kobold base! its an old one, but still a good one ^^ 10/10 would recommendeds, n i can say that cause im definitely not three kobolds in a trench coat trying to get you to spend your coin on my digital art files, so i can buy more snacks, yes, def not that!
Can to use this base to make adopts, reff sheets, rp characters, take commissions all good here just dont resell the base or its components and yes, you will need a drawing program able to open .psd files to use all the layers on this base~
