The evil cat, now an evil catfish, he has the ability to change both species and forms, especially when entering/exiting the water. Hes every scuba divers nightmare, hates Waffles, a lot, wants him dead (Motive unclear, seems to be just purely innate desire or just because hes orange?) and has sneaked up on countless divers and pulled out their regulators until they drown. And yes thats blood on his tail from his last victim who he impaled, he can use his tail as a sword

Speaking of catfish, he has lured many a victim to their demise and ruined lives via catfishing online, because a true villain loves nothing more than to pretend to be something they're very definitely not
