This is Reem, she is a fellow co-worker and also step sister to the cafe owner, Barley. Her primary role is the barista at the cafe and also helps keep the busy customers satisfied before they move on with their day to day routines.
Reem is always seen as a very caring and motherly type figure to everyone around her even her step-brother, Barley. But one thing you should never do is provoke her temper cause she won't hesitate to use her hidden ice powers to completely freeze everything into place and then revert back to her normal self as if nothing bad ever happened.
Reem always has come from a prestigious family during her life time, and always spent life working hard to honor her father, but once her dad adopted Barley into their family, her whole life changed around as she devoted her trust and values into her new family member and decided to work hard as a normal person along with Barley once he decided to open up the cafe, Wallaby's.
