The large Lady Wigglytuff

Shes big,shes flirty,a tease and quite confidant,somewhat motherly at times
no matter the clothes she will always puff herself up just enough to make it strain against her bulk,she loves being nice and hefty and seeing just how much she can slowly expand without you noticing,she is very dangerous to share an elevator with and loves edging into somebodies personal space.
normally she is inflated to at least some degree,her "casual size" as she calls it hovers somewhere around 7-8 feet tall,she can maintain this size without concious effort even when asleep,her fully deflated size has onnly been seen when fully unconscious (such as in a coma or in ultra deep medically induced slumber/heavy trauma).
her maximum size is currently unknown to mostly everybody,despite how much she loves to tease about how ample her expanse can grow to.
