Later in City of Elysium, Kogie is forced to seal Tay's soul back into his body, and in doing so imparts some of his angelic strength into the jaguar, and this allows Tay to take this form.

The wings are stained red with his sin, having not actually made it to heaven for judgement and cleansing.

In reality, just a concept piece that i kept going with until i got this. I used it as an example while at FWA, so if you were there in Artist Alley and came by me this is likely the one that everyone saw.
