Ok I've kinda gotten to like the Pony style and unvierse so here I've gone and made a Dragon from there. Obviously he's older than Spike. ^^

Blaz hummed a little tune to himself as he walked the roads of Ponyville. Of course he could just fly but he liked to take his time and enjoy a ground side view now and then. He'd come to Equestria from the Dragon lands to learn more about their neighbors first hand. The quite was most attractive to him as not only could he learn about them but also have a chance to further study magic. He liked to think his magic was good though he was always looking to improve. Beyond that he was agile and swift both on the ground and in the air. It made up for a lack of raw strength a lot of dragons tended to have. So far he'd settled in nicely. The Ponies here had been very kind to him and he'd even met another dragon though obviously younger than himself. Why he even decided to conjure up his own cutiemark. Though it was less a real cutie mark and more a magical tattoo. Of course today while walking he spotted a deep blue colored...Pegasus? No it had a Unicorn's horn. An Alicorn? It certainly wasn't Celestia. and the mane was too short for Luna. Seeing the Pony looked lonely though Blaz stopped and raised a hand to his mouth so that he'd be heard.

"Hello up there. Nice day we're having!" Blaz said loudly not really too sure what else to say. Of course his eyes widened as the Pony jumped startled and fell from the cloud it'd been sitting on. With little time Blaz ran over and quickly cast a spell catching the Alicorn before he hit the ground. "My goodness I'm so sorry I didn't mean to startle you like that. Are you OK?"

"Y-yes." The Alicorn said sniffling and rubbing his eyes obviously having had quite the scare.

"What's your name huh? Mine's Blaz BlueFlame." He said walking over and put a hand on the boy's shoulder noting that the boy's voice seemed a bit younger than his appearance.

"Cosmes." The Alicorn said head down with a blush growing on his face and tears still in his eyes. Blaz was wondering about this until a familiar odor hit his nose. He smelled it often enough from when he babysat some of his younger cousins.

"It's Ok I won't tell anyone about the accident. What do you say I fly you home?" Blaz asked trying to be reassuring.

"I...I don't think I have one. Well maybe Canterlot." Cosmes told him rubbing his eyes.

"Oh quite a ways away. Tell you what. Why don't we head back to my place and we can see about getting you cleaned up. Then we can see about getting you home." Blaz said as he helped Cosmes to his hooves.

"OK." Cosmes nodded just a little glumly.

So with that the two took to the air heading back to Blaz's home. Neither realized but this would be the start of a strong friendship and a source of strength for what was to come. Cosmes didn't realize that today following this dragon home he was really following him to a place he too would soon call home.
