So, several months ago I was reading "My best friend is a..." comic by dreamypomo on tiktok, and I really adore how mermaid (or merman) Cosmo looks in the comic. So I decide to make fanart of him....
...and then forgot about it for several months until very recently where I got reminded to finish the art. So I look at the old bit and decide to redraw everything from scratch.
I'm not sure if I got the water splash effect right but uh, here it is.
