I read a bit of the Wiki page about Luna and it caused me to start thinking. Luna was banished for 1,000 years. She returned on the 1,000th anniversary of her banishment. If she was banished for 1,000 years, didn't Celestia have an idea of what would happen when she returned, i.e. she might return with the same attitude she had when she was banished? Or did Celestia know that Twilight and friends would be around to help "reform" Luna? (After all, if I recall correctly, it's implied Celestia has foresight.) Or was Luna reformed but was putting on a show for the ponies of MLP and giving the Mane Six a reason to work together (since almost from the beginning all of them were far from friends)?
