Just like Sonic's experience, the Pokemon world has many different universes and timelines... And it seems in one particular timeline, a particularly naughty Blacephalon was causing so much trouble he got a very creative punishment.
Restrained, transformed, and cast aside to a dimension where Pokemon don't exist, this Pokemon now goes by Expy, and serves his sentence as a prostitute. Men who cross his path are made aware of his crimes by an unknown psychic force, fueled with the lustful desire to make him choke on their cocks.
Despite the seemingly helpless situation he's in, Expy is able to defend himself from real threats with a one-two punch or kick combo--his palms and soles are able to leave small reactive sparks. By combining sparks from each color, they create contact explosions on whatever he hits with both limbs.
