I grew up when they sold two square deep-dish pizzas for the price of one. Sometime in the late 90's-early 00's they closed all their stores and began selling out of K-Marts. When I finally found it again, they had either changed their recipe or source of ingredients and tasted indistinguishable from any other low-budget pizza. I was hugely disappointed. Thankfully, their Crazy Bread still tasted pretty similar. Then K-Mart shuttered. A few years later they opened a storefront with their Hot n' Ready deals. It lasted a couple years before being replaced by a Dominos.

Wow! I didn't know all that. But, I've pretty much stopped eating pizza (especially since Pizza Hut closed all their stores in my hometown). I will occasionally eat a Domino's Pizza or a Pizza Inn pizza, but it's rare.
