I made a Pokémon OC (original character).
I chose one of my overall favorites, which is also one of my favorites in eletric type, in this case Luxray.
The idea was to make something kind of emo, but it ended up like this, but I still liked the result.
It doesn't have a name yet, I'm accepting suggestions.
