Just a short bit ago I had a brief incident at the end of my shift. My last customer was a lady with two very energetic little girls. They were pretty cute, running around chasing rach other.
One of them knocked something off the belt onto the floor. They were kinda rowdy...
So, I said the first thing that came to mind. From Karate, we had a punishment for doing things wrong: Fifty Pushups! And that's exactly what I suggested they do, for being rowdy.
To my surprise, they started doing them! They only did maybe 7 or 8 pushups, but wow! I did not expect THAT to happen!
I bragged, saying in Karate we did them on our knuckles. Since it seemed to impress the girls, I felt the need to show them how true it was.
Well, I'm a big boy... and not the lightweight I used to be. I got about 3 out before I felt I would seriously struggle.
All in all, I survived, and the girls were suitably impressed. I felt I should make it into a cute little slice-of-life comic.
