Adorable and just as squeaky and waddly as it should be. I bet if a pacifier was secured it would have some hoses that might link to the tail. Since they could have totally filled it with a mix of fun gasses. Maybe some aphrodisiac so that she gets all huffy and squirmy. Or maybe a slight bit of helium to make her cute voice even higher pitched. Maybe a mix of both.
Or maybe the hands and feet could have pumps in them so that every time she grabs something or even takes a step it pumps something up or in~
