When Kody is out with Savannah most furs comment on how pretty and unique her fur is.  Its not often you see a grey puma after all! But when she hand out with her friend Pepper, no one ever realizes that she is actually the mother.  Feeling a little annoyed about seeing just how perfect the two of them looked from a distance she decides to have a bit of fun by annoying her friend and toddler a little bit.  Afterall, they are traitors!

A lot of people get Pepper and Savannah mixed up.  So I thought it would be fun to have that as a similar theme.  Poor momma wants everyone to know thats her baby!

It is kinda hard to tell them apart sometimes. Doesn't help they both have the same color eyes, which is the kind of detail I tend to look for first in telling characters apart. But that's all right. They're both adorable, and they do look amazing together. (And wow, does Pepper look gorgeous in that sundress!)

Can't blame Kody for being a little frustrated with it, though. Or for wanting the world to know whose kitten Savannah really is!

I don't know who's who, but I think it's adorable that the tan cougar and the toddler are sticking their tongues out at each other. I couldn't tell you how many times I've seen adults and toddlers do that to each other.

When Savannah was created, Pepper was nowhere in my thought. I just wanted a cougar that wasn't another cougar. So I went white cougar. The drama created from this though has been rather fun. The fact that pepper leans into this has also been fun. Why does she look grey? Well.... her top coat is indeed white. But Savannah undercoat is charcoal so you get this gray looking thing. If you do a Google Search for a white cougar, you will find they are a real thing, but very rare. The hard part comes down to how do you show their color? Pepper was not on my mind when I created this cub. But years later, its funny to see how many do confuse her with Pepper. Honestly, I see why as well. And this pic is indeed adorablele. And acurate at the same time. She does looked like an offspring between pepper and theo.

This is a pure cougar. Theo and Dakota are indeed Cougars.
