Another character I've had in the works for a while now! This is Millie Abbott, Millie short for "Amelia," a fun reference to the condition of being born without a limb, or in her case all four. You'll soon get to see her with fun prosthetic cartoony limbs, but for now here's her full organic form, unable to resist as my friend Bucky prepares to embarrass her~
