I haven't draw this OC before, but I thought of him a couple years ago and haven't drawn him yet. So here he is!
About Light Rain:
Light rain is a male Pegasus who happens to be Little Artist's best friend. They both grew up in Saddle Springs together, and now he's come to live in Ponyville because he misses her. His cutie mark appeared when he was young. He had just learned to manipulate weather, and he was exceptionally good at making refreshing, light, rainfall. One could call it *beautiful* or *peaceful* even. For fun he likes to go swimming and camping with friends.
I know, not masculine at all right? Well I don't think it matters. ^_^ I am a girl after all.
