When Nila'ruta was 18, like all quarians, she left the quarian fleet on a pilgrimage to find something valuable for the fleet. but unlike normal quarians, she was born with biotic abilities when her mother was exposed to an element-zero leak. quarians, not known for biotic skills, she had gone untaught of how to use her abilities, and only able to use basic skills that were entirely self taught. so her first mission on her pilgrimage is to seek out an asari to teach her how to use her powers. along the way, she generally seems to catch quite a bit of attention.
3 years later, Nila has mastered her abilities and has joined part of the aliance's N7 anti-reaper strike forces during the reaper invasion. and she isn't going to take any crap from any reaper standing in her way.
