Yuga is trying to yank his shorts back up to hide his eternal shame but slips and bonks his head against the school lockers. Boruto happens to be standing by and mocks the little dork, unaware that the one responsible is standing right behind him and happens to know the ancient dork-revealing art of "Pants Substitution Jutsu".

With a mighty POOF, he's managed to replace Boruto's pants and underwear with a nice huge white diaper. Boruto thought he was on Sparky's side of the pond but he was actually on Yuga's.
