So there's a sad story for him.
He was the latest prince of dragon kingdom, but threatened by his oldest brother, 'Yi-Rin'. So the dragon king exiled Yi-Mok to protect him, and Yi-Mok stayed at a little temple in human world.

And later, Yi-Rin sent assassins to kill Yi-Mok. So he hid inside a pond, and made himself fall a very deep sleep until 21th century.
