Me making potatos is an inside joke based on an alternate-universe version of me in Alex Reynard's story "Dangerous Lunatics". Here I am with Zelampago and Crystal from more of Alex's stories, and also with Alex himself and Zephon T'sol, in my very rare role as responsible grownup!! :3
The 2nd picture's only clue to the uninitiate is the mention of Beezlebub. Who,otherwise, would know that they are dead and in level 2 of hell ?
By the way, a family friend makes the best mashed potatoes ever. Not even my father equalled him. But, because my father has been dead for 12 years -and I miss him- I have to cook mashed myself, and I seldom do it right. So I've switched to baked potatoes...

Dangerous Lunatics is a sort of "X-Men" type of story, but gets very unpleasant & nasty near the end. As for its inspiration, well, I gave up on and walked away from the X-Men long ago. In fact, all of Marvel's "comics". That also goes for all of DC's as well. In fact, Sonic has also been disowned. Over 10 years now !
