this has been stuck in my head for days. i know i'm gonna sound like a toxic positivity ass but i promise there are people who see past your age on the outside. not many. but there's other people who feel like more than a grownup playing a role, there are people who love taking care of us and finding out everything that makes us little, and very rarely you get the really sweet person who's neither but still sees you for your age, just like there's people who see you for your gender. sometimes i look in the mirror and i wonder how anyone can see me that way, but there's objectively people who do whether it makes sense or not.
