Cosmo the Vaporeon is dressed up and ready for the convention!

Before I drew her I was convinced that 1. I wouldn't be able to pull off drawing the mane and fins and 2. I wouldn't be able to draw a dress - but I was desperate enough to see this idea become a drawing that I tried even though I thought it would turn out bad, and it actually turned out much better than I was expecting. There's a lot of room for improvement still, but my baseline starting point is not as bad as I thought it was going to be, so I'm quite pleasantly surprised ^u^
