After Googling "Harkness Test" and reading the description, I'd say she qualifies. Of course, I'm no expert on this. Also, there could be something we can't see or don't know that disqualifies her.

Well, I watched the (humourous) video, but the Harkness test wasn't given a definition/explanation as the Googled page did. However, I will say that I found it quite entertaining and a wee bit funny. I liked the short scene with Renamon and Ankha. (I didn't recognize the other character.) Both of whom would definitely qualify under the Harkness test as defined.

Glad you could enjoy it. It's the most meme-able animation about the Harkness test, 100%. Notice the subtle lewd remarks, that was sort of misheard? "Screw me on your big dick and use me as a cocksleeve." - but latter she corrects it to "Groom me into your first pick, and use me on a top team." And even the drop your pants part is wholesome being a hole/tear in it that she repairs for him... My theory is, that Professor Harkness has some (potentially hallucinative) chemicals around that makes His place seems LEWDER as it is. Pokemons seem more sexy, and dialogues turn naughty and raunchy...Once He leaves with vulpix Her dialogue becomes normal and she even denies saying lewd things, as she corrects what he heard. Whatever, Prof. Harkness has the good stuff and girls... XD

Okay. After looking at the linked drawing and rewatching the video, I recognized Kyubimon. It's been a little while since I saw my favorite digimon in her digivolved persona. I've really got to watch that series again.

I mean if there's a character in an image that wants to apply it to another character, sure, but to me as a viewer or reader? The character does not exist. It doesn't much matter from my frame of reference whether any given doe being depicted is shown as capable of speech or not. All that matters to me is whether the art is decent.
