This is based off a short story from the UK comics "Portia goes punk"

The episode version I'm imagining would involve Rocco playing a bit of a big brother role for Portia and being the first to support her new style.

I'll be out for the week but I may come back and play around with the final render a bit. Didn't have time to adjust before I head out.
