Character Description

Millis Turbs, aka Mills is an elastic dog girl that Renji rescued upon her original home burning down from an accident, he met he along one of his trips to the Eastlands for some caffeine, she took a liking to him because he was considered weird as she is considered a weirdo as well. Her power is only gained by the frictional effect she makes by shuffling her feet about, hince why she doesn't wear shoes at all, she can get to a maximum charge of 100%, but she can get overcharged when hopped up on caffeine, she can also send some of that electrical energy into objects to strengthen a shotgun blast, or even bash you electrically with a box... of washing detergent.

Personality

She now has no problem using her powers to help out since it's pretty useful in extreme situations, she's sometimes a klutz and might zap something or someone on accident, she's highly apologetic for it.

Likes/Dislikes

Mills likes really long sleeves as were Renji hates sleeves altogether, she sometime dons a non-sleeved shirt but always wears long jean, she's not fond of shorts like Renji is.

Background/History

Millis hails from Banara, a more war torn planet akin to Earth in another dimension, it is torn by the face of war many times over and these battles still rage on, she comes from the Eastlands, a harsh desert like settlement.

Body

White and light brown fur, brown acts like splotches around the body.

Clothing

Sweaters and jeans mostly, rarely would be no sleeved clothing, never wears shorts

Her best attacks are the Rubber-Bolt (A bolt of energy is fired by fingertip, a mid-ranged attack acts like a single shotgun but in one entire bolt, it homes in on metal or power armor without missing, very strong if this bolt hits just about anything, Mills uses 50% of an energy charge with this attack), Electro-Disruption (Mills claps her hands releasing a long ranged EMP which can disable robots and electronics for the time being depending on the distance, if its point blank, its most likely to be fried when hit by the wave, uses 40% of Mills' charge), and the Turbine Cannon (A devastating energy explosion when it hits the ground, Mills hand forms into a flat surfaced cannon that lobs a ball of highly intense electricity, when this hits the ground its splash effect is to greatly be avoided as the landing point also leaves a temporary but dangerously charged radiation point, anyone caught walking into it will only be disoriented and probably still take a nasty zap).
