it's beautiful, with impressive work and it shows. The green does wonder in that sky. with that pink hue who emphasizes the colors. It's like she watches the nightly sleep of Ponyville during winter.
Still Luna is not easy to spot, a little difficult to see her mane and details with the blue background behind her. The composition could be better.
I'm also a little bothered by her right front leg. I know I know, these ponies in show do crazy moves with their (very) flexible legs and have magnetic-sticky hooves. But in a quicky and funny animation, allowing to advance the story and joke, it works efficiently.
In a drawing, it becomes the one weird details impossible to push aside. And beside it's also very cute and interesting how a real pony is putting its front legs at rest. It would still allow to have her fronts legs crossed one upon the other and to show her nice shining hooves.
