Story: Taking place 2 years after the events of the first game, a mysterious being named Krul Rugal is hosting a new Armageddon-Mutants fighting-tournament to gather some of the fighters from the last tournament plus some new faces, in order to carry out a secret plan to take over the world that involves absorbing "Bio-Gene X" the genetic material that created the mutants of this world.

New-Characters: Rex Hound, a young dog-like humanoid (serving as the new hero of the game), following in the footsteps of his adventuring father who vanished a year ago, armed with his father's weapon that looks like a large screw with nuts attached to it, Patch took a liking to the kid and trained him on how to fight when he joins him and his allies in the new tournament to both test out his new skills, and find out about what happened to his father.
Hiromi Shirako was one of Sally Skull's classmates before the Bio-Gene X event, afterwards she learned that she had lost her arms, however she'd learned that her she can now control her hair, morphing them into any form she wants, she joins up with Sally and her new friends in this new life as a hair-controlling mutant.
BioWorm X501 is one of the living bio-weapons that was in development before the Bio-Gene X event, a worm-like drone with a powerful set of jaws and a machine-gun for a tail, it is aided by a airborne drone called The Brain that is armed itself with a sword, together they enter the tournament to test their combat-functions against their opponents.
Ba Blacksheep was once a normal sheep that was mutated by the Bio-Gene X, making her into a lion-sized creature that can spout metal-blades and spikes from her body, she had also became a carnivore, hunting her prey to make herself stronger, she because smart aswell and has learned of the tournament, liking the idea of a new hunting ground for prey
Dr. Necromaid was once Dr. Mark Samson, a bright and promising young doctor who's body was destroyed during the Bio-Gene X event, his brain however survived and was placed in a similar robot-body to the infamous Jack the Ripper, the body's combat-functions, combined with his intelligence, he intends to "cure" anyone he comes across, even though his new condition is slowly driving him insane, slowing turning him into a monster.
Ex was once a loving, caring mother who was dating a bodybuilder who were caught up in the Bio-Gene X event, biologically fusing the lovers into a single being, her head on his musclebound body, trying to figure out on how to separate them again, they enter the tournament, using the man's skills as both a wrestler and a boxer and the woman's gymnastic skills, they fight in hopes to find the tech that would help them.
The Final-Boss: Krul Rugal is the mysterious host of the new Armageddon-Mutants tournament, with four ribbon-like arms and able to control blackholes, this cybernetic being is secretly plotting to absorb the Bio-Gene X from the fighters in order to become a God, he is really an offspring of the demon super-computer Darkro Infernik (the host of the last tournement), carrying out his "father's" will in destroying life.
