Character Description
Onyx is two beings that use to be one.
Common Physical Traits (Both Versions)
Species: A draconic humanoid (anthro dragon).
Body Type: Lean, athletic, and tall. He has a refined, "gentlemanly" build—not overly bulky, but clearly toned.
Key Features: * Large, swept-back horns that follow the line of his head.
A thick, powerful tail with prominent dorsal plates/spikes running down the length.
Patchy scales on his forearms and neck, giving him a rugged but polished look.
Clothing Style: Sophisticated "Business Casual." He wears a crisp button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, a fitted five-button waistcoat (vest), tailored black dress slacks, and polished leather oxfords.
First Half
Has black hair with purple highlights, golden yellow eyes, and purple scales.
Second Half
Has black hair with yellow highlights, purple eyes, and golden yellow scales.
Personality
Onyx is suave and sophisticated, he clearly has a taste for the finer things in life. He loves art, and has a keen eye for the classics. Admittedly he does have a dorky side, liking things are to a obsessed with his interest and sometimes will gatekeep them from others. But other than that he's confident in his own skin. He is also known to be charmastic, playful and flirtatious.
But there are still differences between the two halves. Neither one is either good or evil. They are just two begins who use to make up one. Most traits they share here together.
Purple: Reckless, Impulsive, Secretive, Lives for the moment, Ancient Magic, Lunar Magic, Good Fighters,
Yellow: Calm, Caution, Decisive Planner, Likes learning the newer magic the modern world as came up with, Would rather settle disputes peacefully but is more than happy to get blood on his hands if necessary. Solar Magic.
Likes/Dislikes
Purple Likes
Likes: Married or Taken women, Harems, looking at the night sky, basking in the moonlight as it give him power. Combat, strong fighters, and stronger magic users.
Dislike: Hates lairs but can be manipulative himself. Lazy people, those who will take a short cut to success to harm others. Loud and noisy crowds. While he hates messes he can put off of cleaning for a short time.
Yellow Likes:
Likes: Women who are looking for romance and not sluts. Casual relationships if they develop something deeper. The beach or sunny places, Solar energy gives him power, combat, strong fighters, strong magic users, seeing the kindness and doing kindness.
Dislikes: Hates lairs, but he can be deceitful himself. Cheap fashion. Being rushed, stupid people. Messes he has to clean up.
Background/History
Meet the mysterious eclipse dragon, he is a black dragon from the heavens that crashed on to the surface of the world known as Xia. Because of the cosmic impact of his arrival on the planet it caused him to split into two. This was something that never happened before and because it he may never be one again.
The black dragon lost his powers when he was divided and crashed. Now he has to live as a normal xiadien to survive. Both of this halves do, and they both go by the same name because in reality they were the same person. The name Onyx Blacksun was something made by them alone given their look and origins.
Above all else those they miss the feeling of flying through their air, but they lost their wings when they crash. So who knows if they can regrow and get new ones.

World/Setting
Planet Xia, a world populated by human/animal hybrids thanks to human experimentation over a thousand years ago. Humans one day left Earth to find another colonize. But top leaders of humanity needed their species to evolve and be stronger if they were gonna survive.
Humanity finally found a perfect that was like Earth they named Xia. They brought many scientist and soldiers there as they establish their first 100 colonies. They experimented on their earth animals they brought to extend the evolution of humanity. Their scientist were successful on creating their first human/animal hybrid.
They soon experimented on their soldiers soon creating a new species that was half human half animal mutant beings. The genetic make up on the outside was the animal they were mutated with but the inside they were still were human with their thoughts and emotions. They had no animal instincts that came with their appearance.
Long story short, thousands of years later humans may no longer on the planet as it was dominated by animal/hybrid species known as species.
