That's not pantyhouse, that looks more like skinny jeans or sweatpants, the smol version also has those but they look a bit bigger on her.

Well, is not the first time Timmy makes Vicky rejuvenates, but I like this idea this time she's her age, they would fall in love, and Timmy will have one of his break-outs because he's falling in love with the girl who makes his life misserable.
