Luke Alec is a young male Octopus whose past is currently unknown: All that is known is that he was 'reluctantly raised' by Mimic the Octopus (before he became a member of the Diamond Cutters), who treated Luke terribly and worse than a slave!
When he was old enough and was starting to develop his shapeshifting skills, Mimic framed Luke for several crimes in the village where they lived for a time (village is unknown), which led to Luke being banished. However, Mimic continued to follow the young Octopus around, making his life a living hell!
Whilst trying to lose Mimic by hiding on Angel Island & disguising himself as an Echidna (TodStar), Luke felt sad and alone, so he tried to find someone to talk to via the EggNet. Soon he discovered a new friend & started chatting with her over a long period of time- That person was Sky the Echidna. After getting to know each other more, romance slowly blossomed and Luke was eager to meet her face to face, not knowing that she was a member of the Eggman Empire!
Despite her loyalty to Dr. Eggman & his empire, she also wanted to meet Luke, so after she had rebelled against Eggman, she told him that she'll meet him on Angel Island... Unfortunately, Infinite learned of Sky's plans to flee the Eggman Empire and followed her, which resulted in an explosive confrontation that will change both of their lives forever...!
