For a grumpy girl, Collet has a lot of suitors and potential future boyfriends to her liking and choosing. Fernando G., like Collet, has a lot of suitors and potential for future girlfriends, which he has to test because being the lost prince of Spain, many girls want to marry him to gain access to the money and power he would have when he reaches 25 years old. Thus he had to reject many out there that seemed nice at first but showed their true colors later on even though he being a prince he tries to keep a secret as much as possible, a near impossibility when his 12 sisters fault their money, credit and influence around the town.
Fernando tries to be nice and cordial to Collet like he does with any other girl out there in respecting them as the persons they are. But throughout the years, sometimes when he tries to be nice to her, she calls him a pervert. Then again, she calls any guy who tries to get close to her a pervert.
Thus Valentine's Day comes and he decides to give her a card and a small box of expensive chocolate. Though she accepts the gift, she was about to call him a pervert, but the smell of 92% Cocoa hijacks her nose and grabs her attention hostage. She stands there in silence, wondering what to do while the dark chocolate teases her to rip open the box and eat it all at once then and there. One thing is for sure, despite the embarrassment, Collet has a lot of self control.
Thus frozen in time forever, Fernando waits for her reaction.
