Mengmei wonders about in the jungle complexly off guard, making him easy prey for the Seviper who hypnotizes him without warning. Unable to resist the pretty colors, he could only stand there as he felt the smooth coils wrap around him till only his head and bare feet are left sticking out which the Seviper brings him up to his tree, keeping him lifted in the air as he begins his fun by flickering his forked tongue against the soles of his bare feet, giving off a ticklish sensation causing the child to laugh from the sensation. He won't be leaving the Seviper's clutches anytime soon.

This anthro teenage jungle eevee named Mengmei (Japanese term for "Dream") is just going for a walk around the jungle until suddenly a Seviper immediately lowers his head in front of the eevee-cub and immediately hypnotizes him, wraps him up and begins tickling his feet while listening to the sound of his cute laughter.
